This engagement involved architecture and consulting for a federal student loan servicer operating under US Department of Education contracts, with strict FedRAMP and SOC 2 constraints.
Via Lando Consulting, I supported a migration from a physical data center to AWS using Terraform infrastructure-as-code, while managing the cost model and redesigning how a large engineering organization thought about infrastructure, resilience, and cloud opex. The work spanned roughly 150 people across ~30 internal products. Details are under NDA, but the shape of the work is useful as a marker for “enterprise cloud architecture under heavy compliance and institutional constraints.”
