Via Lando Consulting, I supported a migration from a physical data center to AWS using Terraform infrastructure-as-code, while managing the cost model and redesigning how a large engineering organization thought about infrastructure, resilience, and cloud opex. The work spanned roughly 150 people across ~30 internal products.
