51eleven Consulting is a construction consulting firm founded by RJ Miller, specializing in owner’s representation for at-risk projects. The work includes complex modular and off-site construction programs and high-stakes coordination across many moving parts (including large modular hotel builds, ADU programs, and multi-year bond-funded programs).

I support 51eleven’s systems development and operating infrastructure. Concretely, I set up the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira projects, Confluence spaces, permissions), Google Drive structure, and Slack channels; I also help coordinate branded reporting out of Jira for internal and client-facing use, integrate IT systems, and contribute to the operating strategy that lets the practice scale across multiple active projects.
