Viridian Echo is a real estate investment fund and the first active fund built on the Evergreen Collective model. It is structured as a Missouri LLC and deploys long-horizon, relationship-driven capital into practical housing across the Midwest through trusted local sponsors, targeting stable non-luxury housing and middle-market deals within a day’s drive of St. Louis.

I lead formation and operations: legal structuring, capital-raising rules (including a committed-capital participation model), investor onboarding, and integration with external accounting. I also coordinate sponsor relationships and legal documentation, and I built the operating infrastructure that makes the fund easier to run as it scales (formal workflows, external CFO support, Atlassian workspaces, HubSpot-based investor pipeline management, and structured reporting).
