I started Lando Consulting in the late 2010s as a contracting vehicle for doing solo and small-team consulting in areas where I have deep experience: data systems, cloud infrastructure, and operations tooling.
The work typically had two parts. First, we delivered something concrete that materially improves the way a team operates (a system, an integration, a data pipeline, a workflow, or a set of tools). Second, we transfered the knowledge so the organization can keep winning without us. We leveraged mentoring, documentation, and hands-on enablement until the team felt confident operating independently.
