The founder’s mindset (and why it matters when you work with me)
What I mean by “founder mindset,” why it’s valuable, and the receipts across my ventures that show I’ve run the full business cycle — repeatedly.
After Hours Computers
An early repair and computer-services venture built around practical technical help outside the normal workday.

After Hours Computers was one of my earliest ventures. The idea was simple: provide practical computer repair and technical help outside normal business hours, when people actually needed it and traditional support was unavailable.
What mattered about it was not scale. It was the pattern it revealed early: identify a real gap, build a practical solution, deliver it directly to the people who are blocked, and learn from the constraints. That loop shows up again later in much larger work (cloud architecture, enterprise data platforms, operating systems), but the underlying mechanic is the same.
