QuickBooks is Intuit’s small-business accounting platform. I have hands-on experience running real books through it — it was one stage of the migration described in Mint Finance Organization.
I know QuickBooks well enough to use it, extend it, and pull data out of it, but I don’t recommend it to clients for new work — the reporting and integration ceiling shows up fast once a business outgrows basic bookkeeping.
