A vision-based control system for a robot using National Instruments hardware and LabVIEW — the robot sees, decides, and acts based on what the camera captures. This project sits at the intersection of real-time image processing, control theory, and the practical challenge of making a physical system respond to visual input fast enough to be useful. The lessons from this project informed later work in data pipelines and real-time processing systems, even though the domains look nothing alike on the surface.
