This page describes what I actually want and need in order to build well, live well, and work in alignment with other people.
Over time, I have learned that misalignment usually does not come from lack of skill. It comes from incompatible expectations, unclear incentives, weak communication, or a mismatch in values and operating style.
What I want and need is not complicated, but it is important to make visible. These are the conditions that help me do strong work, maintain trust, and build things that matter over a long period of time.
